Have you ever looked at a high-rise building and wondered how it stays pristine through scorching summers, monsoon rain, and everything in between? The obvious answer would be the glass facades, aluminium frames, and fenestrations, but there is an underappreciated industry working behind the scenes. As architecture and construction open new frontiers through Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities, facades and fenestrations are also gaining traction in both residential and commercial projects. While this metamorphosis is laudable, the industry faces significant challenges in execution.

Products and systems continue to evolve, but several projects suffer from fragmented vendor responsibilities, poor system integration, and weak execution. In commercial projects, these translate into delays, rework, improper coordination, and performance gaps at handover.

The scenario demanded change. As such, Rudrapatna V Kannan, founder and Director of Delite Global Services, took it upon himself to address this prevailing challenge of fragmentation. In this edition: “Fastest Growing Companies in India 2026,” let’s find out how Mr. Kannan and Delite Global Services is driving impactful changes in the construction space and setting a new benchmark.

Transitioning from Homes to High Rises

Delite Global Services was founded to address fragmentation challenges in the construction space. However, its journey is anchored to Deltra Global, a Hyderabad-based building solutions provider. In 2013, Mr. Kannan founded Deltra Global to provide fenestration solutions in residential projects. In time, the company built strong expertise in residential and mixed-use projects. In time, he also executed commercial and institutional projects, although that was never the primary focus. Working closely with homeowners, architects, and builders, he realized that there is a critical gap between homeowners and vendor service providers. This gap was discomfort, maintenance issues, and costly repairs.

As Hyderabad evolved rapidly, Mr. Kannan realized the company needed a different mindset, team structure, and customer engagement model for the commercial sector. “The opportunities were larger, the decision-making process was different, and customers expected a more specialized approach,” he explains.

The realization laid the foundation of  Delite Global Services in 2023 – the commercial and institutional arm of Deltra Global. With a focus on healthcare, hospitality, educational, industrial, and institutional projects, the company offers an array of integrated solutions, including building envelope systems, fire and life safety solutions, architectural metal systems, interior partition systems, and façade solutions.

A Fractured Industry in Need for a Fix

The Indian construction space is substantially tainted with fragmentation. The traditional vendor-first model has trained developers, contractors, and even architects to be flexible with a disjointed framework. A single developer is managing separate vendors for facades, fenestration, fire safety, and railings. Because these vendors operate in isolated silos, they often deflect responsibility when issues arise. This unnecessarily stretches timelines, bleeds budget, and the final product rarely matches the blueprint.

Delite Global Services was founded to change this scenario. The company is on a simple mission: “Make life easier for customers.” With a focus on simplifying the experience for clients, Delite Global Services has earned a reputation for trust and integrity. The company focuses on building long-term trust over short-term gains. It helps them grow responsibly, fosters quality, transparency, accountability, and long-term relationships at the heart of every project they work on.

Reimagining the Idea of Innovation & Technology

Innovation is a critical pillar at Delite Global Services. However, its innovation centers on resolving systemic issues within the industry. “When people hear the word innovation, they probably think of technology or new products,” Says Mr. Kannan. “I believe innovation can also be about solving problems differently.”  Since fragmentation is a major concern in construction, the biggest innovation is its integrated solution model that coordinates multiple building systems through a single trusted partner. This philosophy has also manifested in its Commercial Experience Studio in Gopanapally, Hyderabad. It is a dedicated space where clients, architects, and contractors engage to explore solutions, discuss challenges, and evaluate options under one roof.

Technology has been a critical pillar of support at Delite Global Services. CRM systems, digital project coordination, and customer engagement tools help the team stay responsive, organized, and efficient. However, Mr. Kannan is very specific about technology and its implementation. In his words, “technology is a tool that strengthens relationships, not replace them.”

A People-first Team Built on Merit

Delite Global Services’ growth and market presence are not born out of luck. It is the result of deliberate efforts by people who understand the process and interpret market intelligence equally. Mr. Kannan’s view on talent and opportunities is completely transparent. At Delite Global Services, every opportunity is earned through competence, commitment, and character, and the company offers an environment where team members can display all three.

The team always keeps one ear permanently to the ground, engaging with market professionals to understand where the market is heading. Staying relevant in a fast-moving market demands more than a disciplined approach. And when ideas and opportunities do emerge, the team scouts them with a focus on one important question:  Will this create greater value for our customers? Such a level of conviction adds to the company’s reputation as a reliable partner.

The Fruits of Dedicated Unglamorous Work

Every business journey has one chapter that never makes it to the brochure. For Delite Global Services, that chapter was earning its own identity. Emerging from the established legacy of Deltra Group was a double-edged sword. Despite having a solid foundation, carving a distinct commercial identity from a well-known residential one required consistent, generic work. Nevertheless, Mr. Kannan took a methodical approach. A dedicated commercial team was built from scratch, market focus was sharpened, and the service portfolio was expanded. The Commercial Experience Studio went on to become a physical statement of intent.

None of this happened overnight. But Mr. Kannan always had faith in his team. He believed people who think beyond the job description and contribute to the larger mission would find a way. Today, the fruits of that labour are seen not in revenue charts or project counts but in something more meaningful: customer trust, repeat business, and referrals. For a two-year-old company operating in one of India’s most demanding sectors, the team’s perseverance is paying off.

A Bigger & Bolder Chapter Unfolding

Delite Global Services is entering the next chapter of its journey with the same grounded ambition that defined its inception. The goal, as Mr. Kannan explains, “is to position ourselves as the most trusted commercial building solution companies.” He wants Delite Global Services to be known for the confidence, accountability, and peace of mind they bring to every project. As commercial construction evolves, Delite Global Services aims to be integral in helping customers by simplifying project execution through future-ready building solutions.
